Yoga Spring Studio is a refuge where you can find peace of mind and body through the practice of yoga and meditation. We offer a diverse curriculum for students of all levels and instruction that is safe, non-dogmatic, and personal. We strive to create a peaceful, clean and pleasant environment to gain motivation and knowledge to improve one’s well being and individual growth while fostering a sense of community and friendship.
Love and compassion infuse the highest quality yoga and well being programs at Yoga Spring Studio, where we believe yoga is for everyone. We keep our prices as affordable as possible while drawing on the best teachers available. Our passionate and knowledgeable instructors and staff are dedicated to provide quality instruction across a diverse and innovative offering of classes and workshops, and to compassionately guide our students toward a greater sense of well being, happiness (and enlightenment).
Yoga Spring Studio offers two beautiful yoga studios, changing rooms and showers. Our cafe serves delicious organic teas, juices, vegetarian wraps and snacks.
